Milliard Law seeks a highly qualified and motivated senior level associate to join our Corporate Practice Group in our San Jose, California office. Qualified candidates should have 5+years of business and transactional experience, including M&A, joint venture and/or other complex commercial transactions. This attorney will focus on drafting and negotiating transactional documents and be given the opportunity to work directly with clients.
Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing, drafting and communication skills. We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice.
