Milliard Law, PC seeks a mid-level corporate attorney to assume significant responsibility in a mature, varied and interesting Corporate Private Equity M&A Practice based in San Jose, California. Successful candidates will have prepared basic corporate documents, contributed to memorializing numerous corporate transactions, and helped create stock plans, stock grants and stock purchase agreements, merger, acquisition and reorganization agreements, SAFEs, private placements, institutional financing sand venture financings. Exposure to technology, intellectual property, data protection, privacy and employment issues involved in sophisticated corporate transactions are a plus. Prior “big firm” experience may be desirable but is not necessary. Initiative, responsiveness and conscientious attention to detail are mandatory. Current bar membership is required.
